On Milgram's experiments, I gather you know of the two most serious consequences. The first was reported mental breakdowns of some of the subjects and the second was the APA eventually banned all such experiments. Yep.. And that's also why the large majority of participants in such forms of torture are also heavy drinkers and drug users... They know they are doing something that is morally reprehensible, but they justify it as merely "following orders".. Hawk
