US must bear the total cost of reconstruction and not pay for it with Iraqi resources. It's clear now the intention is to buy deeply discounted Iraqi oil and use the money to pay for some of the reconstruction. Say a group of well-armed vigilantes accused you, without evidence, of being a mass murderer and collecting arms and firebombed your home. Do you think that it would be just that you pay for rebuilding your home? Do you think it would be right if they raided your bank account and used the money to rebuild your home? This is what your morally bankrupt govt. is up to.
