Hi, Jay, thanks for the TIPs. I already own SNP and PTR, and is looking for entry into HBC and CEO, and i do not know if it's going to take sometime to find a good entry in STJ and HGT, great ideas. Well, reason i asked about TIPS and REITS is for my wife's account with TIAA_CREF, which only has funds, of which REITs and TIPs are the only two that related to hard assets. Of the two, looks like TIPS a better choice, agreed if you are stuck like she is? gf
