Can I post the documents here? If I fax them to you, you'll just deny it. So you're saying there was a signed contract, you made a deal, then you didn't honor it by handing over the certificates like you were supposed to do? You just took the money and didn't keep your part of the bargain? Not a very Christian thing to do. I believe the ten commandments state thou shalt not lie, cheat, steal. So if you go to a store, agree in writing to buy something, then run out of the store with the item without paying, you legally own the item? Sheeeeeesh. Where do I sign up for that plan.
