Prime Minister Rabin did not say, "We dislike South Africa, but we'll do business with you for the purpose of greed."

Instead, he expressed Israel's ideological affinity for South Africa, saying:

"I believe our countries share the problem of how to build regional dialogue, coexistance, and stability in the face of foreign-inspired instability and recklessness. This is why we here follow with sympathy your own historic efforts to achieve detente on your continent, to build bridges for a secure and better future, to create coexistence that will guarantee a prosperous atmosphere of cooperation of all African peoples, without outside interfernce and threat."

In other words, we share the common goal of promoting a racist nation under onslaught from humanitarians around the world and local minorities. ANC = PLO.
