Yields, Why are SARS deaths in Canada almost 3 times that of China? Are people having a hard time getting into the hospital. It is sad that Toronto has such a high per centage of people who contact SARS die, but it shows that you have a real problem when an under developed country like Vietnam loses less than half as many patients. Appears to me that your socialized medicine is a total disaster.
