AW: Vix has already been at 20.57 so 20 is no big deal. Does really matter when the vix is at 48 that it can go to 49? Should folks look down or up in the averages with the vix at 48?

Kinda neat that during the Decmber 2nd highs the vxn was 50 and here it is 40% lower at 29.75 (a historic low -- not a backtested) and the ndx is below the December highs. Makes one wonder where would the ndx be with a vxn of 50 today?
