Germany does not have a "Mediterranean shore". You are talking about the German resort of Baden-Baden, to which aging Germans were entitled to a trip once every three years.

One.. Heinz didn't say Germany had a Mediterrean Shore.. He stated that Germans could travel to the Mediterranean to what might equate as a "spa", as part of the German Health Care system..

Secondly, isn't it a fact that Germany has reciprocal health care agreements with a number of European countries?

Might there even be an economic inducement to "export" patients to relatively cheaper resorts on the Mediterranean (maybe not the south of France, of course)??
