I like that model, Michelino. In fact, you could have multiple moderators, expressing multiple viewpoints: "Let moderator actions act as only as a filter rather than a deletion." The user could choose which moderator or moderators to use, or none at all. Of course, the system administrators would still need to get involved in removing truly abusive posts. Which is probably what they are trying to avoid with the moderation system. (Reducing personnel cost by having users do their job for them.) BTW, hope iHub's lawyers have throughly looked into that ugly AOL situation a few years ago where volunteers sued AOL for back wages...
