The faxes were contained in a sheet called OTC Stock Today, a trademark owned by the Company, without any involvement of any stock analyst, independent or otherwise.

Can anyone say "stock fraud"?? Tom's in pretty big trouble... if only for not disclosing the connection between the newsletter and the company... Especially if he has sold any of his stock after the run-up in price.

And since OTC Today is owned by the company, it isn't merely a matter of Tom resigning and turning the company over.. The company will have to settle any claims with the SEC.

Just my opinion.. Good luck all!!
