So the press says it is true and you believe it? The fact is that Clinton made a big deal about turning off the national debt clock while the national debt did in fact continue to rise. You also keep forgetting the FACT that we experienced the biggest financial bubble that the world has ever seen during the 1998-2000 period which yielded record tax payments in the US. That bubble had popped as Clinton was raping and pillaging the White House, Air force 1 and the American justice system on his way out.
