Actually the SA miners have been subjected to strikes and threats of strikes for higher wages so they do actually have rising costs. Most companies I look at have rising costs why would miners be exempt simply because their product is rising in price? I didn't mean to imply it was directly correlated to the price of gold. Its just very suspicious to me when they don't ramp up production in response to the rising price. I really don't think they're holding out for a higher price considering they're still forward selling.
