They would skirt the system. Auto remailers from offshore. Hard to do for the "joe six-packs" out there but for these spamfolks just another challenge to be beaten.

Whites Need not Apply
May 27, 2003 - 7:02 am
By: Ron Bencze

Ottawa is looking to fill a job posting in the Fisheries Department here in Vancouver. It pays $100,000 per year. Thinking about applying? If you're white...don't bother. Front page news in the Vancouver Sun today says the posting is for the fisheries department's director of communications for the regional headquarters here...and even non-citizens can apply as long as they're visible minorities. That's taking things too far...according to Bob. He says the best person should get the job. The government says it's simply looking for a more ethnically-diverse public service. By the way, there were 65 applications submitted before last week's closing.
