Bob has the patience of Job.

If he (rightfully) was to enforce the clear and unrelenting TOS violations against the Magpie, she would go screeching over to RB or elsewhere where she is still allowed to post claiming that her accusations were true, holding out her suspension/termination as proof.

It is best to just let her stew in her own bile while we watch her slowly screw herself into the ground. Actually, it is quite entertaining. I, for one, am not worried about newcomers to SI getting the wrong impression. mmmmary is far too transparent for that to happen.

I am posting the truth

If someone posts that they're in biz with someone, then later say they're not, posting their original post is not harassment. It's the truth. Just like defamation. If it's the truth, it's not defamation. Only if it were a lie would it be wrong or illegal. Same with libel and slander. The truth is the truth. Matt himself stated ihub was owned by MF and that he was in biz with MF. He should have told his new biz parnters that he already sold ihub to someone else and didn't have the legal rights to it when he sold it to the new people.

If you really want the subject to die, you'd quit replying and fanning the flames.
