To me, it is just fine... no problem here! Doesn't bother me a bit! I don't think it bothers (or will bother) anyone else either! If it does bother people that find out a little late, it will probably be for the reason of "Not being able to Welcome Bob back sooner!" instead of jumping down his throat trying to cause as much trouble as possible! I guess it takes all kinds. . . Joe
