Read up as much as you can, then see where folks reasoning goes wrong. In George's case, it's my view that he went wrong when he converted a privacy case into a marriage case. And he did so because of his own personal animus to homosexuality. So there.

LOL! That's rich. Why don't you try reading the case law, John? I've told you this stuff is standard fare in Ethics and Philosophy of Law classes all over this country, and a Professor of Law, specializing in JURISPRUDENCE, at Princeton, says the same. You must get tired of smelling the sand...
