These two court documents show she hasn't been active in responding to courts for a good long time now: 156.42.40.50 This is a judgment dated 2/20/03, in the case filed by the homeowner who intended to sell his expensive home and horse ranch to Jeanette (she allegedly moved in without paying). If you look through the court's comments, you'll see that she hasn't responded to any court instructions for a good while now. 156.42.40.50 This document, from a year earlier, shows a default judgment in another case. In addition to those two cases, Jeanette has two cases that are now active in the Superior Court in Maricopa. superiorcourt.maricopa.gov In case CV2002-015529, she's got a default hearing July 2 at 10:30. I wouldn't hold my breath, expecting her to show up. In case CV2003-006279, which was filed less than two months ago, she is the defendant and the plaintiff is a tax attorney suing on behalf of himself, it appears. Good luck to the plaintiff. She's still around as far as I know. Last I checked, sometime around February or maybe even March, she was still litigating some cases in Superior Court. I haven't checked since then, but I presume that she's still in the vicinity somewhere. Best regards to all the old-timers here.
