Seven dollars and twenty two cents.

The breakdown is as follows.

1. pencil 25 cents
2. eraser (I make mistaks somtimes) 15 cents
3. envelope for writing on back of 15 cents
4. coffee (3, sometimes plans take time) 2.55
5. another envelope, first one is getting messy 15 cents
6. burger (making plans works up a powerful
hunger ...) 3.50
7. stamp, to mail plans to Santa Claus 47 cents

It would depend on what we planned to do. There are scenarios. To kick of a pubco costs about 750K. On the other hand a small co. could approach brokers with 300K in it and deals in hand and could then scare up about an additional 1.5 megs from brokers we have talked to. That is just about enough to do a tailings project we have a deal on that could generate real capital for about 6 years. We have a two year two stage project to do some tailings in Ontario that could net a good profit and benefit from a pilot plant test this year that would possible generate capital and cost anywhere from 200K to 700 K to do and get us into next year. It is possible then to raise debt to do the major project.
