Chretien is a very entertaining fellow. I like his candor.

Bush very quietly signed a bill raising our debt ceiling yesterday, by... I believe, a $100 billion. The signing of the new tax break will not be a quiet affair.

Why bother having a ceiling if your just going to raise it when you need to?
