Let's see now......we have overpaid govt beaurocrats and employees driving the taxes in this country so high that we cannot compete globally......the current solution (as in the film industry) is to hand out tax credits to liberal favorites (as in the film industry) to entice them to do business in this overtaxed country, which in turn requires (wait for it) MORE overpaid govt employees and beaurocrats to administer the handout schemes, which in turn (you guessed it) adds to the tax burden, which in turn makes it too expensive for industry to do business in this country, so the liberal answer is to........ surely you get the "picture" by now
