You can open an own "group" at Yahoo-Groups (the former egroups.com). Here you can invite your friends and foe whichever you wish. It has a message area and a chat room (which also works with headsets and micro). Tom Hua had such a group running, for a while.

Not sure how to do it so that you can be the moderator.

I've used the groups on Yahoo, just not set one up.

Want to call it: Rat dog micro-cap stocks??
