I read a blurb awhile back (I think?????) that WIND
was "doing something" re: linux. If it is, then it
is well positioned in the embedded world, if not, then
oh well. Right now, I'm most concerned with the "upper"
mgt. of this company!

There is another upstart company named Microsoft that is active in embedded RTOS and would like nothing better than to gain share.

Not True. LINUX is not a real time operating system and addresses a different market than Wind River.
