Claude,
You are more conservative than myself. But I see this as a buying opportunity. In the next few weeks if CKG continues to fall and any of my other current holdings really shine from expected news releases, IE:CDU drilling report, AQI seal the deal with NEM and drill report, CBD continuing drill reports, I will takes some profits and buy additional CKG.

I believe as Randy himself stated to me on the phone after the latest news release, that the CKG focus is to buy two or more additional properties. CKG is focusing their energy on two prospects that have to be dealt with now in lieu of drilling Julianna or Cucaracha. If CKG does not work on acquiring these packages now and of course confirm their value prior to purchase they will be sold to other companies. If CKG lands the two different packages they are looking at that have had some pre-drilling of magnitude with nice deposits that are open to expansion, the anticipated acquisitions will be rainmaking deals for CKG and their mid to long term potential will be huge IMHO.
So as CKG price declines I am not happy but will use the price to add substantially to my position. I may have a one trick pony by having a huge position in CKG but that pony may pull off some kind of trick in the future. <g>
Tom

Claude:

I think it is more the action in gold today. A lot of people are expecting a correction and if we get a 30 to 60 dollar break, I doubt if drill results will help much. What do you think of the RDU results?

I finally bought at 4.65 the day the pullback started. Then I finally sold for 3.15 thanks to Elizabeth.

Perhaps I might not have lost so much if some of the cheer leaders had warned me. Down 32%, but at least I'm not down 44%.

Sure would be nice if I could think for myself.

It is too damn hot to be drilling in Mexico in the summer besides being the rainy season

Better he concentrate on getting organized and finding some more prospects

When the weather is the worst, it is generally the best time to buy land (and the worst time to sell).
