The quarantine is a precaution...
It was one student who is SUSPECTED of having protracted the disease. He had visited one hospital. It remains to be seen if it's in the general community - probably NOT.

We can handle our own affairs, thank you.
We don't need the US Cavalry to come to our rescue.
