There should be an unwritten rule that Cubans and others from the Southern Hemisphere are not allowed to enter Florida waters until they graduate from high school. This would raise the educational level in the bottom half of Florida tremendously. They would be ready for college when they hit the Florida beaches. On the other hand we should deport our own minorities in Southern Florida to Cuba and let Castro educate them and let them win back their freedom which they can produce a high school diploma which will allow them have enough sense in their noggins to vote properly and not have to rely on some ignoramus like Jesse to try and help them save any face which they might have......
