You can follow the discussion to the point where I jumped in(2-4 posts after the above).

The point is that a product produced by another country is polluting Danish ground water. Dealing with this problem is in the proper domain of foreign affairs since a one-sided decision to ban Round-Up would be met with cries of restrictive legislation and, as such, a breach of international agreements.
