TPE -- Teton Petroleum, see message to which this is replying for background. They recently had a very good research report written on them, by a London firm called VSA Resources, see it at vsaresources.com . If that link doesn't work try "publications" on VSA's home page.

I believe Teton is close to announcing a definitive agreement to make a relatively large acquisition in Russia, and that is why the stock moved up today on large volume.

This company (in addition to Interoil (IOL.V) provides a good alternative E&P investment to the ones that are highly exposed to North American natgas prices. Not that I'm bearish on those, but these large storage fills are turning the next few quarters into one huge weather bet for these kinda stocks, which IMO is not a place to put all your marbles into.
