Thanks for the comments. That POG moves in relation to the CAD, rather than the USD had me scratching my head. I too, am a believer in gold and silver. It, to me, is a perfect holding to balance any portfolio against a terrible economy that is going to get much worse before it gets better. Free trade agreements in the 90's was one of the big mistakes made as it gave US companies the ability to move jobs out of the US to places like India and China. Until Congress decides to put tariffs and equalization policies on free trade, we will continue to see jobs slip across the borders. I don't know whether to think of these companies as greedy or just plain traitors to the US. Santiago
