Round and round we go, can't live one year without convertibles. This time, however, I think it's not so bad since they burn much less cash than they used to. Just like everybody else, LU is refinancing its debts lowering down its interest payments. It would be interesting to see what debt they'll retire, and what the end result will be in terms of dilution.

The increased volume is shorts from convertible buyers. At 2.20 a share this makes about 600 mil shares, which means during the past couple weeks we had heavy shorting. Actually during Dec-Jan-Feb months we had nice short covering (when the price moved to $1.50 range):
