In those quotes, which you posted, Israel is the throw in. You need to be able to read. Osama was slighted that he was kicked out of Saudi Arabia while Saudi Arabia has saved the West by keeping oil prices low and undermining OPEC. Saudis are driven by money allowing hatred to flourish. They tell us they are our friends and tell the Mullahs it's ok to preach hatred of the west. This is changing now after the last attack. They realize that they have to stop the hatred and Osama's latest actions have backfired.
