RB can just whither away for all I care. I put a lot of effort into trying to contact anyone at that company who could discuss acquisition, but they're so screwed up, I'm sure my emails just disappeared into the ether rather than ever hitting the desk of anyone who could discuss it. Some say that Lycos wisely ignored my emails, but I doubt that's the case. I think it's just a completely broken communications system. They wouldn't purposely ignore efforts to acquire a unit, since they have a fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders to consider all offers.
