I'll keep it in mind, thanks. I disagree with the premise in the title, though. I think they knew just what they were doing, at least as far as asset forfeiture is concerned.

I'm sure you know about the excellent book Lost Rights by James Bovard. He doesn't talk about RICO much, but he gets into the drug war, asset forfeiture, and the war on cash. I believe he also wrote a follow up to that.
