Yes, indeed- you have to compare the highs to much of last year, which was the worst in recent history. We did, however have a strong rally last fall, and many of those highs are now being surpassed.

Perhaps more telling for defining an end to this rally would be to watch the new lows, and see if they begin increasing. Right now the list of new lows is very short..
