Dunno - just speculating but I doubt you could delay a trial 18 months with the defendant in custody (albeit house arrest in a $2 million house) without the defendant's consent.

Something is sure inevitable here - we'll see what eventually.

Heard anything new on Elgindy's trial date? Still January? I can't find any recent news anywhere.
