Yes, I make no admission, and see no evidence of such a demonstrable conflict. Hence, it would be a rare thing indeed to find me agreeing that government intervention can be justified.

I agree that it isn't necessarily to be considered obvious at the surface, but it is obviously correct upon honest examination and HIGHLY verifiable(history being replete with examples true. Unverifiable my Butt, lol). Naturally, I take STRONG exception to your assertion that the Libertarian position is purely ideological. It is hard to feel "idealogical" about Freedom when one knows it is not a be all solution to end all problems. It's just easy enough and logical to realize objectively that
