LOL! I'VE READ THE CASE LAW, John. You haven't, or you'd realize you're up a tree. You don't get it - the marriage case IS the privacy case. Reread the piece, try not to attack the author again because he knows the issues better than you, and come back and we'll discuss. Might help to look up and read the opinions on the cases he cited, and some secondary analysis to digest it. Law isn't the humanities. Your "opinion" isn't right just because you're Mr. Prof and you have your academic freedom. Derek
