So a 3 1/2 cent distribution causes a 49 cent drop? Last time this happened, it was the leakage of information about a rights offering to benefit management at the expense of current shareholders. Probably trying that scam again.

Also, ex-div was yesterday, meaning the drop for dividend should have been yesterday, because those buying shares yesterday were buying EX dividend shares (and they would be shareholders of record after the 3-day settlement, or June 2nd). Maybe they should have a date called NO-MO-dividend-DUDE.
