Bush signed the Bill which was enacted by a Republican Congress. I blame both of them.

You are wrong. Class warfare is upon us. Already the tax burden in this country is shifting from the very rich to the middle class. Wanna guess how the admin will shrink these deficits? By gutting every social program they can including veterans health care and social security. The true ugliness of these policies is about to be revealed.
