FWC- Foster Wheeler - is in the biz of large construction (oil, power plants, etc). ran up in 2000-01 with the electrical crisis (they built power plants), then fell off sharply as construction slowed and primarily because of large scale asbestos concerns and suits. I think the current move is primarily related to feelings that asbestos litigation will be resolved by congress and short covering. think there's a trade in there but just watching for now, would feel more comfortable enterin in low to mid 2's. thanks. larry
