Paul: NSI presents an interesting arb situation. Looks like a 2% return within 30 days or a 24% annualized return.

Paul:

I'm thinking of arbing NSI. Sounds like a done deal, although the Cal. group's financing being finalized has been brought up. If stock were bought at 9.90, looks like about a 25% annualized return, assuming the funds hit mid June.
Anything more to add? The trading today just seems like a reaction to the downgrade.
