It's funny how the spendaholics mutilate the English language. They call any attempt to even slow the growth of out of control entitlements, "gutting every social program". It also funny how they become so moralistic and holier-than-thou when it comes to spending Other Peoples Money. There are few things more pathetic than a guilt ridden liberal...
