Yeah, that dang congress is always doing unpopular things. They shoulda jacked up the taxes - that's what everybody wants. Then we could bail out those unfortunate souls in CA who were so frugal with taxpayer money, but still got blindsided in 2003 by a fall in tax receipts triggered by a popped bubble three years ago. LOL.

lizzie, bush's tax plan was never passed. it was significantly watered down.
