And, if the outbox suggestion doesn't work - which it might not since you seem to be quite prolific :) - you might try..

1. Go to the thread where you posted it and search that thread using a key word in the post, or

2. Search using your "alias" and hope that someone replied to you using it (which I can see they did in many cases).
