With santions in place Iraq was no doubt creative in the use of many items that survived the first Bush war.

The scary thing is that you apparently actually believe all of this... You have "no doubt" that Saddam was completely honorable in his intentions toward complying with the cease fire accords...

And I'm sure you believe all of the terrible things they say about him personally, or the brutal murders he and his henchmen are responsible for, are just nasty dis-information campaigns..

It's funny how Hawks screams at you that you MUST find a reason for the existence of those trailers, as if it is YOUR duty to explain HIS lies. And then, when you find a reason for them, he says nothing.

He is a bit high-strung, because he knows that his whole pre-war stance is now looking ridiculous, and also because his beloved Empire is crumbling.
