In Mein Kampf, Hitler goes on and on about how no one should be criticizing the Kaiser; how is that different from conservatives today freaking out when Bush gets criticized?

Your understanding of Mein Kampf is about as deep as my understanding of nuclear medicine. Furthermore, there is no nexus between Hitler and Bush. None.

Why can't you just address the point?

Let's this get this straight. A can criticize B, and it is "freedom of speech". But if C criticizes B, it is not freedom of speech, but rather, "unfair intimidation" of B.

You're all for freedom of speech so long as YOU'RE the one doing the speaking. This seems an awful lot like the position of the Communist Party to me.
