If NAV 2002 is working fine I would leave it alone unless you have a compelling reason to upgrade.

Jurgis would have to renew subscription or upgrade to receive program updates and virus defs.

The only reason I would buy 2003 is that it can usually be found at a very low price and sometimes free, whereas Symantec will charge full price for an upgrade. While some of us have had problems there are more installs without than with problems.
