Cisco is obviously the dominant co in its sector and they will get through the options drag eventually, as long as they remain the dominant player. But the options will still be there, adding to the float for a long time as / if the stock continues to rebound over the next year or two.

Then they'll have to really start buying back shares with conviction to keep the stock from stagnating again.
