Well, it is inarguable that Clinton left the office in a hell of a lot worse shape than he found it. After 8 years, you can't point to a list of significant accomplishments. During Bush's 2.5 years, he has given a lot of confiscated money back to those it was stolen from, removed a brutal dictator from office, and begun the process of bringing lasting peace to the Middle East. True leadership in action. Let me add to the list...demolished the economy, accumulated a deficit that will probably never be erased, splintered the world and country, jailed people without due process, put the states in near bankruptcy, made a lot of empty promises about education, passed two tax cuts for the rich that have no chance of doing what he says they will, attacked two sovereign countries one on a lie, abandoned the first to its miserable destiny (no oil there you see), smashed a few international agreements, set the environment back twenty years, alienated the world, and that's only after 2 years. I wonder what this man will manage to destroy in the next two. I miss the good old days of balanced budgets, economic boom, peace and tranquillity, surpluses, low crime, harmony with the ROW...a time during which Americans were not viewed as the likeness of a redneck from texas who can't speak two sentences and needs a scripted choreographed press conference during which no tough questions are allowed. God....what a fukking embarassment for this great nation. Al
