I don't know whether you can't read, or perhaps you're just trying to pull a "clinton". But the quote said nothing of the sort. Even with the liberal spin from the publication it was printed in, it didn't say anything like that.

You have blinders on and need to go on believing. The Brits are having their dose of reality in the last few days...as if the "dossier's" quality alone was not proof enough of their leader's corruption (or stupidity).
