I would expect nothing less than 'creative voting'.

I agree that the so-called reforms that have been promulgated in the "Help America Vote Act of 2001" seem to offer a lot of room for hanky-panky.

Do you have any articles/URLs to share on the matter?

I'm familiar with Greg Palast's commentary on the possibilites for continuing vote scams. I've looked at the Votescam site: votescam.com
